Rupert McNeil

Rupert joined Alcentra in April 2019 as an Operational Risk Manager and, in September 2021, was promoted to Operational Risk Officer for the Alcentra Group. He reports to the Alcentra Head of Compliance and also to the BNYM Head of Investment Management Operational Risk.

Rupert joined Alcentra from the EMEA Business Control Function at State Street Global Advisors and, prior to this, worked in various Investment Operations roles at SSGA; Legal & General Investment Management; and Threadneedle Investments.

Rupert holds an M.Sc. in Business & Management from Aston University as well as a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Manchester.
