Alana Dille has extensive experience in the insurance and business planning sectors, currently serving as a Territory Sales Manager at Colonial Life since May 2014. Throughout their tenure at Colonial Life, Alana has also held various managerial roles, including Regional Planning Manager and Field Leadership Business Planning Consultant, showcasing a strong background in leadership and development. Prior to this, Alana worked with the South Carolina Small Business Chamber of Commerce, focusing on fiscal impacts. Alana Dille earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Arts in Organizational Change and Leadership from Columbia College (SC).
