Matthew Covington

Matthew Covington has extensive experience in both management and education. Currently serving as the Regional Recruiting Manager at Colonial Life since November 2011, Matthew has held various roles within the organization, including Regional Planning Manager, Sales Compensation Design Consultant, and Premier Client Manager. Prior to this, Matthew gained valuable coaching experience as Head Baseball Coach and Assistant Baseball Coach at Batesburg-Leesville High School, and as Head Baseball Coach at Saluda High School. Additionally, Matthew worked as an In School Suspension Monitor for Lexington County School District One. Matthew Covington holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from The Citadel, earned between 2002 and 2006.
