Paul McLean

Mr. McLean leads contact centers, claims, and benefits support.

Prior to his current role, McLean served as Chief Operating Officer for the Starmount Life acquisition at Unum, later leading Unum’s Dental and Vision offering while integrating Starmount with Unum. He has a breadth of experience across all businesses at his former employer, Prudential. Throughout his career, he’s led strategic transformations, customer service, operations, technology, product development, and finance.

McLean is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree from the Smeal College of Business. He is on the Board of the National Association of Vision Care Plans and is a member of the Baton Rouge Area Chamber Inclusion and Diversity Committee.
