Paola Báez-Pérez

Paola Báez-Pérez currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Colonial Parking, providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team since January 2025. Prior experience includes working at The College Board from September 2019 to November 2024, where responsibilities included managing calendars and event logistics as an Executive Assistant and Front Desk Associate. Paola has also worked as a Policy Consultant, conducting legislative research focused on education policy, and as a Research Consultant at DAWA DC, creating marketing proposals and supporting international client interactions. Earlier experience includes a role as a Front Desk Specialist at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota and DeSoto Counties. Paola holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion Studies and Spanish Language and Culture from New College of Florida and graduated from TERRA Environmental Research Institute with a high school diploma in Environmental Science.
