Clay Miller

Clay Miller is Colonial Pipeline’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Clay guides Colonial’s financial performance, supporting the Company’s commitment to safe, reliable operations as well as to profitable growth and disciplined cost management. He oversees the company’s Strategic Analysis, Treasury, Insurance, Budget and Forecasting, Accounting, Tax and Procurement teams. Clay previously served as Corporate Controller.

Prior to joining Colonial in 2013, Clay worked in a variety of financial services roles in companies across several industries. He began his career in client service through public accounting before joining industry and assisting with a company’s public offering and subsequent strategic pursuits, which included a recapitalization and follow up acquisition and integration activity.

Clay holds both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He has been a member of various professional organizations throughout his career, and has served on the Association of Oil Pipe Lines’ Accounting Committee. He also is a Certified Public Accountant.
