Jim Nilsen

Jim Nilsen, CPA, has extensive experience in financial reporting and management across various industries. Currently serving as Manager Financial Reporting at Colonial Pipeline Company since May 2018, Nilsen previously held the same title at The Home Depot from December 2012 to April 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Senior XBRL Financial Reporting Specialist at RR Donnelley and XBRL Financial Reporting Specialist at Bowne. Nilsen began a career in financial advisory services with Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP, progressing from Associate/Senior Associate to Manager between April 2005 and November 2009. Nilsen's career started at Ellin & Tucker, Chartered, as Staff/Senior from 2002 to 2005. Nilsen holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance and a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland, completed between 1998 and 2005.
