Scarlet Pettit

Scarlet Pettit is currently the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Colonial Pipeline Company since 2018. Prior to that, Scarlet served as a Talent Acquisition Leader at Immucor, Inc. from 2012 to 2018. In addition, Scarlet has experience as a Member of the Board of Directors at DirectEmployers Association from April 2016 to April 2023. Scarlet has a BS in Management from Appalachian State University and has also studied at North Carolina State University and Anson Sr. High School.
