Toby Hagerott, LEED AP, has extensive experience in sustainable farming and design, currently serving as the Farm to School Manager for the Colonial School District since November 2016, where management of a seven-acre mixed-use farm and student instruction are key responsibilities. Additionally, Toby plays an active role as a Steward on the Board of Stewards at Newark Natural Foods, and owns Against the Grain Farm, a small sustainable market farm established in January 2015. Previous ventures include ownership of Bayberry Farm, focused on sustainable food production, and various design roles in engineering and landscape architecture firms. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Sustainable Design from Philadelphia University and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Idaho.
