Heidi Messick

Heidi Messick currently serves as ColonialWebb’s Charlottesville’s General Manager, where she leads a high-performing team who are the trusted advisors to their community of service and project clients. Heidi’s team is responsible and committed to consistently delivering phenomenal service and project solutions safely and dynamically that exceed their customer expectations.

Heidi has enjoyed more than 20 years working in the commercial construction industry. Heidi began her career with ColonialWebb in 2002 within the ColonialWebb Harrisonburg division and stayed there until 2011 when she opened the Charlottesville office. Heidi has spent the last ten years building the business with her team and is incredibly proud of the high-achieving business it is today. Heidi has a Business Administration degree and has many years of training and certification in leadership, project management, and process improvement.
