Nikki A. Caruso

Nikki Caruso has extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, currently serving as Executive Director of Colonie Youth Center, Inc. since 1998, where previous roles included Deputy Executive Director. Nikki also took on leadership positions with the Capital Region Chamber, acting as Chair of the Tech Valley Nonprofit Business Council in 2015 and Co-Chair of Leadership Tech Valley from 2009 to 2011. Academically, Nikki holds a Master of Social Work in Policy, Planning, Research, and Evaluation from the University of Michigan, achieved between 1988 and 1989, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare from the University at Albany, completed between 1985 and 1987.
