Kathy Chesebro

Kathy Chesebro currently serves as a Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst at Colony Brands, Inc., beginning in June 2025. Previously, Kathy has held various positions at Kerry Group since September 2009, including Central Recipe Control for the North America Region, where responsibilities included leading the New Product Integration team and managing projects across multiple business units, as well as participating in Business Simulation Testing to identify defects and propose solutions. Additionally, Kathy worked as a Senior Demand Planner and was employed as an Acquisition Project Manager at PCI Pharma Services from October 2022 to July 2025, where responsibilities included project and account management for multiple product launches and maintenance accounts in a client-facing capacity.
