Currently serving as the Manager of Estimating at Colony Display, they previously held roles such as Senior Cost Estimator at RTC and Estimator at MRK Industries Inc. Fred has a background in Industrial Engineering, graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 1998.
