Sarah Montano

Sarah Montano (Antosik) currently serves as the Operations Manager at Colony Plumbing since October 2018. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Clinical Social Worker at CareOne Management LLC from March 2014 to October 2018, and completed a Social Work Internship at Baystate VNA & Hospice in 2013, where social-emotional support and resource assistance were provided to patients and families. Sarah’s experience also includes a School Counselor internship at M. Marcus Kiley Middle School and a position as an Assistant Field Hockey Coach at Springfield College, where coaching and organizational duties were fulfilled. Sarah holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) with an emphasis on Gerontology from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Psychology from Western New England University.
