Debbie Field has extensive experience in procurement and strategic management, currently serving as a Procurement Manager and Global Category Manager (Travel) at Coloplast Ltd since April 2008, where responsibilities include managing direct and indirect procurement with an emphasis on sustainability and operational efficiency. Prior to this, Debbie worked as a Strategic Procurement Manager at Peterborough City Council, contributing to significant cost savings and improving efficiency through IT solutions. Early career experiences include roles at Network Rail, focusing on IT procurement and supporting a major restructuring program, and at Pearl Assurance/AMP, where foundational skills in supplier relationship management and strategic procurement were developed.
