Erkki Juntunen

Erkki Juntunen has over 25 years of experience in engineering and management roles, primarily focused on embedded systems, verification, and product support in the medical device and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Systems Engineering & Embedded Solutions at Coloplast since October 2019, Erkki has developed teams for embedded device development and established processes to align with quality management systems. Previously, Erkki held various leadership positions at Oticon and GN ReSound, overseeing product quality, verification management, and technical support for hearing products. With a solid foundation in baseband integration and product validation from a lengthy career at Nokia, Erkki has demonstrated expertise in project management, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration across international teams. Erkki holds a Master of Science in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Oulu, Finland.
