Harry Xia

Harry Xia has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain at Coloplast since April 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing a team across Production Planning, Material Purchasing, and Inbound Warehouse at a site with more than 1,000 employees. Previously held the role of Head of Operation Development at the same company, focusing on equipment maintenance, lean and industrial engineering, and project management. Prior to Coloplast, Harry Xia was a Senior ELS Project Leader at Avery Dennison and a Senior Lean Engineer at Whirlpool Corporation, where Harry implemented lean strategies and facilitated training across facilities. Harry Xia holds an MBA from the University of South Wales, an EMBA from Tsinghua University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering from South China University of Technology.
