Laura Paraschiv

Laura Paraschiv is an experienced professional currently serving as a Prototype Planning Specialist at Coloplast since November 2021. Previously, Laura co-founded and managed Fit Garment I/S, focusing on innovative formalwear for athletic men, and was also a co-founder of Infinity Aquifers, where contributions included market analyses and prototype design for an atmospheric water generator, achieving financial support through the Innovative Vækst program. Laura's foundational research experience includes a PhD fellowship at Aalborg University, specializing in nitrogen-containing glasses, coupled with significant roles at various research institutions, including a visiting researcher position at the Ceramics and Glass Institute and an internship at Linköping University focusing on semiconductor materials. Laura's academic credentials comprise a PhD in Chemistry of Materials from Aalborg University, as well as Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Science and Engineering of Advanced Oxide Materials and Nanomaterials from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
