Teresa Carneiro

Teresa Carneiro is an experienced validation engineer currently working at Coloplast since October 2025. Prior to this role, Teresa served as a process engineer at Hovione from November 2017 to September 2025, focusing on pharmaceutical operations with expertise in PSD-4 spray drying. Before Hovione, Teresa worked at Adalberto Textile Solutions as an Engenheiro de processos, implementing process improvements in digital and conventional textile printing. Key achievements included enhancing fabric pre-treatment for digital printing and collaborating with SPGprints to install and calibrate advanced printing technology. Earlier experience includes a position as a master thesis student at TMG Automotive, where Teresa conducted research on incorporating natural materials into polymer matrices for automotive interiors. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in applied management from Nova School of Business and Economics and a master's degree in chemical engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
