Troels Rasmussen

Troels Rasmussen is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the medical device and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Quality Director and Head of QA Project Management at Coloplast since November 2017, Troels is responsible for managing a team of over 10 project managers to ensure compliance and quality in innovation projects while implementing agile portfolio management. Prior roles include Manager QA-Operations at Radiometer, where Troels led QA operations in Denmark and managed high-level QA improvement projects. Troels has also held various roles at Elos Medtech, including Project Manager and Head of QA at Elos Tianjin, where responsibilities encompassed building QA organizations, implementing quality systems, and conducting supplier quality audits. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Production Management from the University of Southern Denmark and a Lead Auditor certification from IsoConsult.
