Thao Nguyen

Thao Nguyen, PharmD, currently serves as Senior Manager of Care Operations at Color, where responsibilities include enhancing clinical support through workflow design, managing daily operations for clinical teams, and ensuring service excellence for over seven million patients. Previously, Thao held the role of Pharmacist and Vaccine Operations Lead at CVS Health, managing high-volume pharmacy operations and leading COVID-19 vaccination initiatives that administered over 20,000 doses. Thao's earlier experience encompasses various internship roles in pharmacy, including positions at UnitedHealth Group, Harbor-UCLA Department of Family Medicine, and Sharp Coronado Hospital, among others. Thao earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Western University of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from UC Irvine.
