Elizabeth Foster-Chipman has extensive experience in customer service management and operations, currently serving as Manager of the Customer Service Department at Colorado Access since January 2019. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held the position of Supervisor of Customer Service, demonstrating strong leadership skills. From August 2006 to January 2018, Elizabeth worked at the City and County of Denver as Operational Supervisor II, further solidifying expertise in operational oversight and team management. Elizabeth's academic background includes studies at Long Island University, Southampton Campus.
