Scott Lloyd

Scott Lloyd, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Accountant at Colorado Access, responsible for external financial reporting, including regulatory financial statements and audit reports, as well as ad-hoc financial reporting as requested by the CFO and Controller since January 2017. Prior experience includes the role of Chief of Financial Affairs for the State of Colorado's Division of Insurance, overseeing staff and conducting financial reviews of insurance companies from April 1992 to September 2016, and serving as a Senior Financial Examiner, managing examinations of insurance companies. Additional positions include Internal Auditor at Unipac Service Corp. and Auditor for the U.S. Army Audit Agency. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Washington & Jefferson College, earned between 1983 and 1987.
