Colorado Ballet
Joy Xiaodan is an experienced professional in the arts and entertainment sector, currently serving as the Patron Services Manager at Colorado Ballet since June 2023. Previously, Joy held the position of Associate Manager of Sales and Patron Services at Colorado Symphony from December 2021 to July 2023 and worked as Box Office Manager for Aspen Music Festival and School in early 2022. Joy's experience also includes roles as Patron Service Associate at Colorado Symphony Orchestra and Music Counselor at the University of Denver’s Summer Music Academy. Earlier positions include Assistant Manager and Actor at Dead Zone Scream Park and multiple roles at Columbine Knolls Recreation District, including Front Desk Receptionist and Lifeguard. Joy holds a Master’s degree in Horn Performance and an Arts Administration Certificate from the University of Colorado Boulder, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Music from Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Colorado Ballet enhances the cultural life of Colorado through performances of the professional company, training at the Academy, and Education & Community Advancement programs. The 2016-2017 season includes Swan Lake; The Nutcracker; Ballet MasterWorks with Firebird, Serenade and Petite Mort; and The Little Mermaid.
