Emily Martini

VP, Partnerships at Colorado BioScience Association

Emily Martini collaborates with the President and CEO and the Colorado BioScience Association Board of Directors to create co-opportunity for Colorado’s life sciences community. Emily’s leadership advances CBSA’s work to champion a collaborative life sciences community and advocate for a business climate where health innovation thrives.

She’s responsible for the strategic initiatives, partnerships, and programs that support the health and growth of CBSA, their members, and Colorado’s life sciences community, spanning and connecting Capital + Growth, Policy + Advocacy, Education + Networking, and Workforce Development. She expands opportunities for their community, creating value for members, sponsors, and stakeholders.

Before joining CBSA, Emily supported workforce initiatives at Arapahoe Community College, using OEDIT workforce development funds for upskilling and reskilling. She also served as Director of Business Development for the South Metro Denver Chamber, growing membership and executing events to drive ROI for sponsors. Additionally, she managed operations for companies in the legal and media industries.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Colorado Denver.
