Adam Mingal

Adam Mingal currently serves as General Counsel for the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, a position held since August 2021. Previously, Adam was General Counsel for the DC Department of Aging & Community Living and Assistant General Counsel for the D.C. Department of For-Hire Vehicles, where notable achievements included negotiating a significant settlement with Uber Technologies, Inc. Adam's earlier roles encompassed various legal positions, including responsibilities as ADA Project Officer at WMATA and Attorney at the Department of Justice. Adam holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Colgate University.
