Elizabeth Jackson currently serves as the Executive Equity and Administrative Officer at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, a position held since July 2023. With extensive experience in staff development, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, Elizabeth has been the Director of Staff Development and Training at Urban Balance since March 2019, where responsibilities include evaluating and implementing diversity programs. Additionally, Elizabeth has held roles as Clinical Manager & Psychotherapist, and Counselor MC, LPCC at Repurpose Counseling LLC. Prior experience includes serving as Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Refresh Mental Health and Director/Program Manager at Red Rocks Community College, supervising staff and overseeing operational management while implementing educational programs. Elizabeth's educational background includes a DEI Certification from Cornell University and Master’s degrees in Community Health Services and Counseling from Denver Seminary, along with a Bachelor's degree in Communication and English from the University of Colorado Denver.
