Melissa Simmons

Melissa Simmons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social work and healthcare management. Currently serving as a Database Analyst and Director of Client Access at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless since August 2019, Melissa previously held the position of Practice Manager at SCL Health from July 2018 to August 2019. Prior to that, Melissa spent nearly a decade at MCPN, progressing from Case Manager to Assistant Clinic Operations Manager and ultimately to Clinic Operations Manager before leaving in July 2018. Melissa began their career at Behavioral Interventions as a DOC/DCJ Case Manager from August 2006 to August 2009. Educated at Our Lady of the Lake University with a Master of Social Work degree, as well as holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Argosy University and an Associate's degree in Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse from Fox Valley Technical College, Melissa brings a strong academic foundation and a wealth of practical experience to their roles.
