Colorado Coalition for the Homeless
Robert Charles Harr is an experienced professional with a strong background in public health, behavioral health, and youth services. Currently serving as a Bilingual Case Manager II at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless since December 2021, Robert's previous roles include Youth Advisor at Tri-County Health Department and Lead Treatment Counselor at Shiloh House. Robert has hands-on experience in animal research, having worked as an Animal Research Technician at the Wisconsin National Primate Research Center, where responsibilities included caregiving and health observation of non-human primates. Robert's educational credentials include two Master’s degrees in Public Health from the George Washington University and Colorado School of Public Health, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from Marquette University. Additionally, Robert has extensive experience in youth programming and counseling through various roles including Summer Camp Counselor and Program Assistant.

The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for families and individuals experiencing or at-risk of homelessness throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves. Since its founding more than 30 years ago, the organization has earned state and national recognition for its integrated healthcare, housing, and service programs. The Coalition’s comprehensive approach addresses the causes of homelessness, as well as the consequences, offering critical assistance to over 18,000 individuals and families each year. Positions at the Coalition span more than 50 programs and offer a variety of employment opportunities in a trauma-informed environment. We value staff development and training, within a culturally diverse workforce, that promotes innovative thinking and creative approaches to out work.
