Clinical Pharmacist Ambulatory Care at Colorado Coalition for the Homeless

Taylor Devens, PharmD, is a clinical pharmacist with extensive experience in diverse healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Clinical Pharmacist in Ambulatory Care at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless since May 2022, Taylor Devens supports patients experiencing homelessness at the Stout Health Center. Previous experience includes a full-time role at Laguna Honda Hospital as a Clinical Pharmacist from March 2014 to May 2021, where responsibilities spanned regulatory, clinical, and technology support in a long-term care and acute rehabilitation environment. Taylor Devens also held positions at Sutter Health as a Pharmacist II, Guardian Consulting Services as a Consultant Pharmacist, and BryceRx Labs as a Compounding Pharmacist. Educational background includes a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Art History, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy, all from the University of Connecticut, completed between 2003 and 2009.
