Charlie Harrington

Charlie Harrington is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in leadership and mentorship. As Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of The 9 Mile Project since June 2023, Charlie aims to empower rural Rwandan students by increasing their access to education. At Colorado College, participation in the NCAA Division III Student Athlete Advisory Committee since May 2022 involves effective communication and feedback for athletic programs. In addition, Charlie serves as an Environmental and Geotechnic Consultant at McPhail Associates, LLC, and previously worked as a Lacrosse Coach at Compete Strength and Conditioning, where coaching and content creation were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes serving as a Front Desk Manager, where strong organizational and customer service skills were essential. Charlie is currently pursuing a degree at Colorado College, expected to graduate in 2024, following a solid educational foundation from Westwood High School.
