Ian Knapp

Ian Knapp is an experienced technology specialist with a strong background in Apple product support and administration. Currently serving as an Apple Administration & Repair Systems Specialist at Colorado College since October 2016, Ian operates JAMF, manages over 600 Mac and iOS devices, and facilitates near zero-touch deployment. Previously, Ian worked at Apple for a decade in various roles, including AppleCare Education and Enterprise Advisor, where white glove support was provided to educators and IT, and AppleCare Mac+ Senior Advisor, focusing on resolving escalated support cases. Additional experience includes consultancy roles at Aim High!, Inc. and Lab548 // MacWorks, as well as a foundation in IT support from Gem Products Inc. Ian holds an Associate of Arts degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
