Jonothan Stephenson

Jonothan Stephenson is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Residential Experience at Colorado College since November 2022. In this role, Jonothan focuses on creating an inclusive and respectful residential environment, overseeing the development and management of Residential Life Coordinators and Resident Assistants. Prior to this, Jonothan held positions at the University of Wyoming as a Residence Coordinator and at the University of Central Oklahoma as a Resident Hall Director. Additional experience includes roles at Colorado State University-Pueblo, where Jonothan served as an Adjunct Instructor, Program Specialist, and Program Coordinator, among others. Jonothan holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Colorado State University Pueblo.
