Lucie T. has held various roles throughout their work experience. In 2017, they worked as an ITS Administrative Assistant at Colorado College, where they stayed until 2018. Later in 2018, they became the Operations Manager in the Office of Information Technology at Colorado College until 2023. In 2022, Lucie joined MindTrace as an Operations Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Project Management and Outreach at Colorado College.

Lucie T. holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Global Management from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the same university, completing it from 2004 to 2008. Lucie also earned a Language Certification in Czech Language Professional from Berlitz International, Inc in 2008. Lucie completed their high school education with an emphasis on Foreign Languages, obtaining a HS Diploma from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the monday.com core certification in December 2023, Excel: Creating Business Budgets certification from Lynda.com, and two other certifications in Management Foundations and Talent Management, both from Lynda.com.
