Keith Stefanik

Keith Stefanik is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in transportation project management and engineering, including a significant role as Chief Engineer at the Colorado Department of Transportation from October 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the Central 70 Project, a $1.2 billion Public-Private Partnership. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Engineer II at Atkins, managing transportation projects across various government levels and mentoring a substantial team, as well as Project Manager at Douglas County, focusing on capital improvement projects. Additional roles at PBS&J and Larson Design Group provided foundational skills in highway design and project coordination. Keith holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology and an Associate's degree in Surveying Technology, both from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
