Keith Stefanik is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in transportation project management and engineering, including a significant role as Chief Engineer at the Colorado Department of Transportation from October 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the Central 70 Project, a $1.2 billion Public-Private Partnership.
