Geoffrey Burchinal

Geoffrey Burchinal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Their most recent role was as the Chief Financial Officer at Colorado Doorways, Inc. starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Controller at Alcohol Monitoring Systems / SCRAM Systems from August 2021 to February 2023. Before joining SCRAM Systems, they held positions such as Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant at EKS&H from January 2011 to December 2018, where they conducted financial audits and reviewed business process controls. Geoffrey also worked as a Storage Manager at Confidential Copiers from January 2004 to December 2010, where they oversaw inventory management and implemented improvement projects. Additionally, Geoffrey has interned at EKS&H, SkyWest Airlines, and JP Turner & Company, LLC, gaining experience in financial services, accounting, and risk assessment.

Geoffrey Burchinal began their education at Heritage High School where they attended from 2001 to 2005. After completing high school, they proceeded to the University of Colorado Boulder from 2005 to 2009 to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Following that, in 2008 to 2009, they participated in a study abroad program at the Universitat d'Alacant, focusing on Spanish language studies. In 2009 to 2010, they attended the Metropolitan State University of Denver to earn a Certificate of Accountancy.
