Erin Bennett is an experienced public affairs professional with a strong background in political and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of Public Affairs for the Colorado Education Association since June 2019, Erin supervises staff in Government Relations and Communications while overseeing Political Affairs programs. Prior experience includes directing workplace justice campaigns at MomsRising.org, where Erin played a key role in passing paid family leave legislation in Colorado and supported similar initiatives nationwide. As Owner of Cor Consulting LLC, Erin provided strategic support to various nonprofits and campaigns. Erin's earlier roles include Colorado Director for 9to5 and Program Coordinator at Leadership Pikes Peak, alongside public interest work at Citizens Project. Erin holds a B.A. in Biology with a Women's Studies minor from Colorado College and has studied wildlife conservation in Kenya.
