Emily Love currently serves as the Chief of Research and Development and previously as Chief of Staff at The Colorado Education Initiative, where significant contributions include implementing a performance management system focused on staff growth, revamping the onboarding experience, and fostering employee engagement through a positive work environment. Prior experience includes roles at OMNI Institute, where Emily led evaluations on diverse social issues, and the University of Colorado Boulder, where curriculum development and instruction were completed while pursuing a doctorate. Emily holds a Doctorate in Educational Foundations, Policy, and Practice with a focus on Immigrant Education Policy from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and English from Tulane University.
