Valerie Siebert-Thomas, MS, DES, SFC, currently serves as the Manager of Education and Sponsorships at the Colorado Hospital Association since October 2015, where responsibilities include developing education programs and recruiting exhibitors and sponsors. Previously, Valerie held the position of Accounting and Outcomes Coordinator at the National Stroke Association from March 2007 to June 2015, managing database activities and organizational outcomes reporting, and served as Sr. Programs Coordinator, overseeing budgets and educational programs for healthcare professionals and stroke survivors. Earlier experience includes working as a Nutrition Assistant at the University of Colorado Hospital from June 2005 to July 2006, where assistance was provided to patients regarding dietary needs. Valerie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado, along with a Dietetics Internship completed in 2006.
