Guadalupe Gutierrez-Vasquez

Guadalupe Gutierrez-Vasquez currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, overseeing the Finance Division's operations, including financial planning, treasury operations, and accounting. Previous experience includes serving as a Board Member for both the Denver Convention Center Hotel Authority and the Denver Employees Retirement Plan, as well as holding multiple roles at the City and County of Denver, such as Cash and Capital Funding Executive Director and Managing Director of Capital Funding. Guadalupe holds a BS in Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado Denver and is pursuing a Leading Organizations Leadership Series in Public Administration from the same institution.
