Jerilynn Martinez Francis

Jerilynn Martinez Francis has a strong background in communications and community partnerships. Jerilynn currently holds the position of Chief Communications and Community Partnerships Officer at the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, where they have been working since 2007. Prior to their current role, Jerilynn served as Director of Marketing and Community Relations, Manager of Marketing and Communications, and Legislative and Media Liaison within the same organization. Before joining the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, Jerilynn worked as the Vice President of Public Relations at the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver from 2000 to 2007.

Jerilynn Martinez Francis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Colorado State University, where they attended from 1994 to 1998. Jerilynn then went on to pursue a Masters of Professional Studies degree in Public Relations and Marketing at the University of Denver, where they studied from 2007 to 2012.
