Rachel Lee

Rachel Lee is an experienced loan review analyst currently working for the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority since May 2023. Previously, Rachel held various vice president roles at Silvergate Bank, including underwriting manager and commercial underwriter, where responsibilities included leading underwriting teams, structuring loans, conducting credit analyses, and managing diverse loan portfolios. Prior to that, Rachel served as assistant vice president in commercial lending at Axos Bank and BofI Federal Bank, demonstrating expertise in underwriting and loan portfolio management. Rachel also worked as an energy consultant, co-hosting a national webinar with the EPA and promoting energy conservation initiatives. Rachel holds a master's degree in real estate from the University of San Diego and a degree in economics from San Diego State University.
