Carly Abrahamson

Carly Abrahamson is a Partner and General Counsel at Colorado Impact Fund, a venture capital fund focused on supporting Colorado companies with positive community impact. Prior to this role, Carly worked as an Associate Attorney at Ballard Spahr LLP in the Business and Finance group. Carly also has experience as an Editorial Attorney at Themis Bar Review, a Summer Associate at Ballard Spahr LLP, a Legal Intern at the U.S. Department of Education, and a Paralegal at Latham & Watkins. Carly started their career as a Teacher at Teach For America. Carly holds a JD from the University of Colorado, a MS in Education from Bank Street College of Education, and a BA in Art History and History from Dartmouth College. Carly attended Greenwich Academy for their secondary education.
