Kyle DeBeer is currently the Vice President of Civic Affairs at the Colorado League of Charter Schools and the Executive Director of CLCS Action, positions held since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of Staff and Assistant Superintendent for Communications and Community Engagement at Waco ISD from August 2017 to October 2022. Previously, Kyle held various roles in communication and community engagement at Belton ISD, along with political positions such as Regional Political Director for the Democratic National Committee and Executive Director of the Wyoming Democratic Party. Kyle DeBeer possesses a B.A. in Classics, History, and Politics, graduating cum laude from Colorado College in 2003.

Colorado League of Charter Schools
The Colorado League of Charter Schools is a non-profit, membership organization dedicated to supporting the charter schools in the state. The League is committed to helping these schools reach higher levels of student performance and overall success by providing information and resources, including technical support, advocacy, public relations assistance, and much more. Membership with the League is open to all charter schools in Colorado. The League also provides guidance and technical assistance for developing charter school groups, such as charter application reviews, contract negotiations, and general start up support. There are 269 charter school campuses in Colorado serving over 137,000 students. This represents nearly 16% of total PK-12 public school enrollment in the state.
