Jon Wandersee

Jon Wandersee is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in both domestic relations and criminal law. Currently serving as an Associate Attorney at Colorado Legal Group since November 2023, Jon previously held the same title at Burnham Law from September 2021 to October 2023, where effective case handling and persuasive client representation were key responsibilities. Prior legal experience includes a role as Senior Deputy State Public Defender at Colorado State Public Defender from August 2016 to August 2021, advocating for indigent clients in complex criminal cases and managing litigation teams. Notable earlier positions include hockey referee for USA Hockey and various legal internships, including roles at the Alaska Public Defender and Neighborhood Justice Center. Jon holds a Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Political Science, and Criminal Justice from North Dakota State University.
