Hillary Frame

Hillary Frame is a seasoned legal professional specializing in family and children's law, currently serving as a Staff Attorney at Colorado Legal Services since October 2019. Prior experience includes an Agency Attorney Intern position at the NYC Department of Education, as well as a Summer Law Clerk role at the Public Justice Center, where research on housing-related legal issues was conducted. Hillary's background also encompasses experience as an intern at The Arc of the United States, where advocacy efforts focused on legal competency for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and as a Case Manager at Responsibility House, supporting homeless individuals with disabilities. Earlier roles include a Wellness Intern at Vassar College and an intern in the United States Senate. Hillary holds a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vassar College.
