Kacie Mulhern is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in child welfare and consumer protection. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney at Colorado Legal Services since April 2023, Mulhern promotes the stability and safety of children through interdisciplinary legal services. Prior to this position, Mulhern held the role of Senior Staff Attorney in the Caregiver Advocacy Program at Rocky Mountain Children's Law Center from January 2016 to April 2023, advocating for non-parent caregivers in various legal contexts. Mulhern's legal career includes significant positions such as Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Ingrid S.
