Wayne Smith is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as an Associate Technical Professor of Culinary Arts at Mesa State College since January 1998. Previously, Wayne held the title of Lord Redenbacher at King of the Sofa from 1982 to 2013 and was the Chef Proprietor at Grits Good Food Restaurant from February 1995 to October 1997. Wayne holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts from Colorado Mesa University.
