Karen Baldwin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in software engineering and volunteer leadership. Currently serving as the Restoring Family Links Volunteer Lead and Disaster Action Team member for the American Red Cross since 2009, Baldwin conducts searches for missing family members utilizing various investigative methods and supervises volunteer training. With over a decade of experience in the software industry, including roles such as Senior Software Engineer at Raytheon and Level 3 Communications, Baldwin has demonstrated expertise in developing critical systems and managing projects. Additionally, Baldwin has held positions as a hike leader and wilderness survival instructor for the Colorado Mountain Club since 1989 and has contributed to academia as a Senior Professional Research Assistant at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Baldwin holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Regis University.
