Joseph Massey is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as a Police Officer with the Colorado Rangers since October 2021 and a U.S. Federal Officer with the Transportation Security Administration since August 2021. Previous roles include Director of Political Strategy at Bumblebee Connect, Deputy Sheriff at the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office, and various positions in legislative and policy advisory capacities with the U.S. Department of State, European Parliament, and the Conservative Party in the UK. Joseph holds a Master’s degree in Intelligence and Strategic Studies from Aberystwyth University and has completed extensive training in law enforcement, including POST certification and programs at the TSA Academy. Currently, Joseph is pursuing a certificate in Homeland Security at Des Moines Area Community College.

Certified Law Enforcement Agency supporting 61 Law Enforcement agencies and governments throughout Colorado.  CLER operates under the original 1861 agency name of Colorado Rangers with Colonel Ronald Abramson as Agency Chief.
